You must notify joya70 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Players must not use any software, system, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over joya70 or other players. This includes but is not limited to: bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, collusion between players, exploiting software bugs or errors, and advantage play techniques that breach the spirit of fair gaming. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

8. Account Closure & Termination
You may close your joya70 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
joya70 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time without prior notice if: you breach any provision of this Agreement; we detect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account; you are found to have provided false registration information; or we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In cases of termination for breach, joya70 may withhold account balances pending investigation and recovery of any amounts owed to the Platform.
Self-exclusion requests submitted via joya70's Responsible Gaming tools will result in your account being suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. During any active self-exclusion, joya70 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from creating a new account or circumventing the exclusion.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through joya70's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. joya70's internal complaints procedure requires that you first submit a written complaint to support@joya70.onl and allow joya70 a reasonable period — not less than fourteen (14) days — to investigate and respond before escalating the matter further.
joya70's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, bonus eligibility, and bet settlements are final and binding. Players who disagree with a specific decision must raise a formal complaint within thirty (30) days of the decision being communicated.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and joya70 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
joya70's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a specific breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
